Guest Reviews & Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. While the room could have used a microwave and a better coffee maker, the lobby had a nice selection of snacks, yogurt, and muffins for breakfast, along with assorted hot and cold beverages. The room was smaller than expected but did come with a $30 daily credit for dining in the restaurant or grabbing a coffee in the lobby. The service, despite some delays like taking 15-20 minutes to retrieve my car and not being able to turn off a false fire alarm promptly, was generally attentive and on top of things. The location was vibrant and ideal for exploring the French Quarter and Bourbon Street, though it did get noisy at times. Dining options were decent with room service available, but the price for some meals seemed a bit high. Overall, the stay offered a convenient location and some nice amenities, but there were some minor inconveniences to be aware of.
I couldn't be happier with my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything but still peaceful at night. The rooms provided a beautiful backdrop for bridal portraits, with stunning city views from the corner windows. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my experience exceeded expectations. The only downside was the dining options, but the overall experience was top-notch.
